TERMS:
Company terms for established accounts are net 30 days, FOB or EXW shipping point. Credit cards orders and COD orders are also accepted.
WARRANTY:
Equipment manufactured by CMTE Sales and Service is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days. CMTE maintains the sole discretion to repair or replace defective products as deemed necessary.
CMTE makes no warranty with respect to materials or equipment not manufactured by CMTE, nor does CMTE warrant materials, equipment or components sold but not manufactured by CMTE – Except that CMTE will, to the extent possible, pass on the buyer any warranties made by the suppliers of such materials, equipment or component.
CMTE shall not be liable to the buyer for any malfunction of CMTE products caused by improper installation, calibration, or improper use or operation of equipment provided.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of every kind (express, implied or statutory) and is in lieu to the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose.
PRICE CHANGES:
All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis that they will be invoiced at the prices and terms in effect on the date order is received by us, providing order calls for immediate shipment. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, CMTE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price
MINIMUM ORDER:
Single orders must total at least $30.00.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
CMTE will calculate and apply actual shipping charges w/taxes when processing your order.
SHORTAGE or DAMAGE:
Should a shipment become damaged in transit, immediately contact the carrier for inspection and have them issue an inspection report. The claim then should be filed with the carrier (NOT CMTE Sales and Service). Shortages MUST BE REPORTED within 5 days of receipt of shipment. We will gladly extend whatever assistance is required.
On UPS shipments damaged in transit, DO NOT throw out the shipping carton - inspector must see the carton.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: Please call for return authorization (RA) number
Returns must be sent back prepaid UPS or PARCEL POST. CMTE Sales and Service WILL NOT accept COLLECT or TRUCK shipments. (If CMTE is in error, credit will be given for shipping.) Merchandise to be returned must be unused, we cannot accept merchandise back for credit or refund that has been used. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON CANCELLATIONS OF SPECIAL ORDERED NON-STOCK ITEMS, AND RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR REFUND.
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE, THE RETURN POSTAGE AND THE POSTAGE TO BE RESHIPPED WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% RESTOCKING FEE.
